Course Aims

To help managers develop and apply the right tools, techniques, and ‘high performance’ mindset in order to make managing performance part of every day business instead of an annual task, and deliver results for the organisation.

Course Overview

The course focuses on the ability to recognise, harness and release the performance potential of individuals and teams.  Focused on real-life application and working with their own processes managers work through how they can maximise their own and their teams' performance to maximise business results.

At the end of the course delegates will understand managing performance best practices.
