Spiral Wellbeing Training & Development was formed in June 2011 by Jon Kestell, Jon holds the well recognised Level 5 qualification in Stress Management which is accredited by the CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Award Body) as well as being an NLP Business Practitioner.

With over 15 years management experience within the Public and Private sectors including 10 years writing & delivering corporate training. Jon has developed Spiral Wellbeing to help organisations both large and small take a preventative approach to stress management and a proactive approach to the development of employees in day to day work related life skills.

We all know the threats to both employee health and company performance that stress can cause, however, we have found that a significant number of organisations still only take action to deal with stress once the problem exists. Spiral Wellbeing is here to help organisations to look after their employees and in turn advise them on Legislation & Guidance.

"In 2009 /10, an estimated 9.8 million working days were lost through work-related stress on average; each person suffering from work related stress took an average of 22.6 days off in 2009 / 10. This equates to an annual loss of 0.42 days per worker."

As the Managing Director and Principle Trainer for Spiral Wellbeing it is Jon’s promise to provide stimulating, specific and where necessary tailored training to all of our clients on all areas of employee wellbeing & development, Jon will personally work with every client to produce a course that meets both the organisations needs as well as delivering the training in a way that ensures optimum learning. We will also provide support to all delegates throughout the course as well as maintaining phone / online contact after the training has been completed so as delegates can discuss any issues they face and recap on areas of the training when required.
