Spiral Wellbeing Training & Development was formed in June 2011 by Jon Kestell making us one of the longest established stress management & wellbeing training & consultancy providers in the UK. Jon holds the well-recognised Level 5 qualification in Stress Management which is accredited by the CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Award Body) as well as being an NLP Business Practitioner & wellbeing coach. Jon is also currently working towards full qualification as a counsellor.
With over 15 years senior management & training experience within the Public and Private sectors prior to launching Spiral Wellbeing Jon was one of the first practitioners to set up as an employee wellbeing & stress management training provider in the UK. Since launching Spiral Wellbeing in 2011 Jon has grown the business and is now a well-respected trainer, consultant and speaker on the subject of employee wellbeing and stress management.
As the Founder and Principal Trainer for Spiral Wellbeing it is Jon’s promise to provide stimulating, specific and where necessary tailored training, Jon will personally work with every client to produce a course or consultancy plan that meets both the organisations needs as well as delivering the agreed outcomes. All of our training courses have been developed to ensure that delegates gain a full understanding of the subject being covered, Jon states ‘I understand that everyone that attends courses with Spiral Wellbeing will have a different level of knowledge and experience on the subject of stress management & employee wellbeing. One of my key selling points is that every delegate or client will receive whatever support is required to ensure that they complete their course feeling confident with what they have learned and how to implement the support tools provided. Our support where required, continues until full understanding is achieved and we will always be available to delegates long after their course has finished to provide clarification and support’.

Our philosophy is that training should be enjoyable and with this in mind we have developed our courses to ensure all delegates feel comfortable during sessions, we actively encourage input from delegates however we also understand that a training environment takes many people out of their comfort zone, creating a barrier for effective learning. Our courses are always run in a relaxed environment and at a pace that will maximise learning. Delegates can attend our courses without fear, we do not use role play techniques and will never ask an individual to actively participate against their will.
