Correctly state the reasons for conducting a return to work interview State the factors, which influence where, when and how a return to work interview should be conducted Correctly list all the aspects which should be involved in a return to work interview Demonstrate the skills and techniques for conducting an effective return to work interview. These skills will include:
Active listening Questioning Feedback Appropriate non-verbal behaviour Structuring the interview to ensure all aspects are covered in accordance with guidelines
Correctly state the procedures to be followed if, following the interview, the situation does not improve Identified 3 steps they will take to implement the correct procedures
This is a one day course aimed at all levels of management.
