It is always great to receive feedback from clients and we are really grateful to Claire Haley - Workplace Wellbeing Lead for University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust for the following testimonial
University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust has commissioned Spiral Wellbeing to deliver a number of stress and resilience programmes aimed at individuals and managers since 2015. Our Workplace Wellbeing Lead had attended an open course held locally and considered the content and style of presentation matched the identified training requirements of colleagues at the time. Since then, Spiral Wellbeing has continued to deliver programmes to Trust colleagues on an ad-hoc basis whenever the budget allows. Our sincere thanks to Spiral Wellbeing for providing two complimentary Building Resilience to Stress sessions to colleagues in May 2018 in support of national Mental Health Awareness Week. As with the previous programmes, the places were oversubscribed and feedback from attendees was extremely positive with requests for further resilience sessions to be arranged.
Jon Kestell’ s flexible approach to the programme ensures corporate objectives are met with regards learning outcomes, timeline and budget. The evaluation used is a useful measure of impact- it is clear from delegate feedback that Jon takes every effort to confirm understanding of each aspect of the course, providing examples throughout the session, to reinforce the training. His level of knowledge of the subject is excellent and the professional yet accessible manner in which he teaches really adds to the quality of engagement.
